Fumbling With Photo

So much for quickly setting up my blog. I have spent far too long trying to post my picture at the top of my blog with my Profile. After checking and rechecking the Help page and following the instructions exactly, I still can't get it to work. So . . . . my picture is staying in my first post. At least for now. :~}
